What We're Looking For 


Our business is looking for talented people to join our security division. If you're looking for comprehensive training, benefits, RRSP program, personal and professional growth,  and the ability to take pride in your work we may be the place for you.  

Here's what we're looking for: 

  • 3-5 years installation experience with a security installation company in;

  • DSC Neo or Power Series, Qolsys and

  • Kantech Access Control Systems

  • Axis, Hanwha, Exacq Video products and VMS

  • Service/Trouble Shooting experience

  • CANASA ATC Level 1

  • Basic Networking experience

  • Working at Heights certification

  • Elevated Work Platform certification

  • Organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability of Medium to heavy lifting at times

  • Familiarity with Online service/work order completion 

Consideration will be given to individuals with similar experience not listed above, with preference to those meeting the criteria. 

Answering Service

Our business is looking for talented people to join our answering service. If you're looking for comprehensive training, benefits, a team of caring colleagues, and the ability to work from home within four weeks of onboarding, we may be the place for you.  
Here's what we're looking for: 

  • Canadian Citizen that is able to work in person at our office in Kingston, ON for the first four weeks. ​

  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays 

  • Must be able to work weekday shifts for the first four weeks 

  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience. 

  • Strong verbal communication abilities, phone etiquette and be customer service driven. 

  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills. 

  • Office experience or college program in Office Administration (general, legal, or medical) considered an asset. 

  • Typing skills (typing test will be completed with a minimum results of 40 words per minute) 

  • If working from home- have a private workspace that is free from noise and distractions and have high speed and reliable internet (complete an internet speed test and submit satisfactory results.)
